ABOUT US
Gronn Solutions is a project management company with our main focus of activity in the field of renewable sustainable energy. The company was established in 2013. With our headquarters in Norway, we are active on the global stage, carrying out the majority of our work in Europe and Asia.
We provide an all-inclusive project management service package covering all aspects of the endeavor from concept to implementation, including planning, permits, financing and grants, HR, project oversight and execution.
Our services are tailored to each client's needs and to the project's specific properties, and are particularly suited to the unique requirements of the renewable energy sector.
Over the years we've been involved in a variety of sustainable projects around the globe, varying in scope from small installations for individuals and businesses to large solar and wind energy farms, both on land and offshore.
Once hired we'll place our project management team in your business throughout the project's duration; they'll be on site to manage the project on a
daily and ongoing basis, dealing with schedule and budgetary management, HR issues, conducting QA oversight and more, and perhaps most importantly they are on the spot to take care of any unforeseen matters as they arise and to deal with them rapidly before they become unmanageable. They will liaise with you on a regular basis, keeping you informed of any developments as they happen.
